Product Warranty Conditions
AT HARD COATING warrants products against technical defects that do not meet quality standards and defects caused by the manufacturer or transportation process to the delivery location (if AT HARD COATING is responsible for transportation).
Cases not covered by warranty
- Products that are no longer within the warranty period.
- Products damaged due to natural disasters, accidents such as fire, flood, earthquake, lightning strike, etc.
- Defects caused by user’s failure to comply with the instructions for use.
- Cracks or damages caused by impact during use, installation, or transportation.
SHIPPING POLICY
In order to provide convenient conditions for the process of ordering and delivering products to our customers, we would like to outline our regulations on delivery and receipt of goods as follows:
Delivery Policy:
Customers can choose to receive the goods at our store or have them delivered to a requested delivery address.

Receipt Policy:
Upon receiving the goods, customers are responsible for inspecting the items.
Customers are kindly requested to immediately notify the delivery personnel if there are any damages, scratches, breakages, or deformations that occurred during transportation.
