Product Warranty Conditions 

AT HARD COATING warrants products against technical defects that do not meet quality standards and defects caused by the manufacturer or transportation process to the delivery location (if AT HARD COATING is responsible for transportation).

Cases not covered by warranty

1. Products that are no longer within the warranty period.
2. Products damaged due to natural disasters, accidents such as fire, flood, earthquake, lightning strike, etc.
3. Defects caused by user’s failure to comply with the instructions for use.
4. Cracks or damages caused by impact during use, installation, or transportation.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

In order to provide convenient conditions for the process of ordering and delivering products to our customers, we would like to outline our regulations on delivery and receipt of goods as follows:

Delivery Policy:

Customers can choose to receive the goods at our store or have them delivered to a requested delivery address.

In case customers want to receive the goods at a different location (e.g. production site, etc.), we will arrange for delivery to the designated location using services provided by transportation companies.

We offer various shipping methods for customers, such as Giaohangtietkiem, GHN Express, Ahamove, and will continue to update more transportation partners in the future.

Receipt Policy:

Upon receiving the goods, customers are responsible for inspecting the items.

Customers are kindly requested to immediately notify the delivery personnel if there are any damages, scratches, breakages, or deformations that occurred during transportation.
